The JX-500-AR from Juexuan is a cost‑effective, fully automatic single‑station rewinder ideal for small to medium batches and frequent product changeovers. It integrates automatic film threading, automatic cutting, and automatic core loading/unloading. With a PLC + touchscreen control system, operation is simple and reliable. When equipped with an optional conveyor belt, one operator can manage 3–4 machines simultaneously, drastically reducing labor costs.
